A website care plan is an ongoing monthly service that keeps your site fast, secure, and up to date. It covers hosting, software updates, security monitoring, backups, and a set amount of content edits, so you never have to worry about your site breaking or going stale.
Do I need a care plan for my website?
You are not required to have one, but a website needs regular updates, security, and backups to stay healthy. A care plan means those happen automatically and you have a local person to call for changes, instead of scrambling when something breaks.
What is an AI care plan?
An AI care plan keeps your Delta Response System, your AI Lead Assistant and AI Voice Receptionist, accurate and effective over time. We monitor conversations, update the AI as your business changes, and tune it to book more leads, so it keeps getting better instead of drifting out of date. The plan covers maintenance only. The AI usage costs are billed separately and paid directly by you.
